Order & Delivery Policy

We offer complimentary shipping within the GCC for all purchases.


Abra Jewellery is not responsible for custom fees and taxes incurred by the country that we are shipping to. These are payable by the recipient upon delivery. Orders within the United Arab Emirates will display a 5% VAT charge, which is payable upon check out.


All packages sent are insured. Once an order has shipped, you will receive the tracking information to track the progress of your shipment. We aim to process and ship items in stock within 1 business day. Processing time for out-of-stock items may vary depending on production time and item availability. If we are out of stock on an item that you have purchased, you will be notified by an Abra Jewellery representative. Please note that once an order has been placed, you will have 2 hours to make any modifications to the order, including cancellations.

Estimated delivery times:

UAE: 1 - 3 business days

GCC: 2 - 4 business days

Rest of the world: 7-10 business days

PLEASE NOTE: THERE MAY BE DUTY/IMPORT/CUSTOMS & ADDITIONAL TAX CHAGES IMPOSED BY YOUR HOME COUNTRY. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO UNDERSTAND AND MAKE PAYMENT OF THESE CHARGES.

Return & Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange your Abra Jewellery item within 7 days of delivery in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place, tags and stickers attached to it. Please note that customers are responsible for the item until it is received at Abra Jewellery offices. Abra Jewellery is not responsible for return costs. Orders that are returned due to non-payment of custom fees and taxes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.


We recommend that you send your return or exchange item to us by registered mail. We are not responsible if the item is lost on delivery.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Our team will inform you in detail about the process.


Custom orders are not eligible for refund/exchange.


Abra Jewellery will not accept any returns if the product shows signs of use or if it is altered from its original condition in any way.


Discounted products are not accepted for returns or exchanges.
